How do I sync between my phone and computer?

Sign in with the same email on both. Each device gets a 6-digit code by email; after that they stay in sync automatically.

I didn't get my sign-in code.

Check spam, wait a minute, and request a new code. Codes expire after 15 minutes.

How do I delete my account?

In the iPhone app: Account → Delete account. On the site: your account menu. It erases your synced data and signs out every device.
